The sculpture features a nude Bieber  statuette, complete with bowl cut, and a nude Selena Gomez statuette  conjoined at the rib, and sharing three legs. Their privates covered in  symbols of their hometowns, Bieber has a maple leaf, and Gomez has a  lone star. 
They stand atop a base that reads "Justin and  Selena Forever."In a press release, Edwards' spokesperson explains the  artist wanted to depict Bieber and Gomez as Adam and Eve. Gomez is  leading Bieber to Eden as a Canadian goose leads the way. He added it  also depicts "harmony" between  Canada  and the United States. "Justin and Selena joined together symbolizes  the great harmony between neighbouring countries Canada and the  United States,"  said spokesman Cory Allen in the press release. "Countries like North  Korea and South Korea could learn from our example. It would be nice to  exhibit this portrait in the areas of the world where tensions are high  between countries that share borders." Although it could be considered  controversial, and creepy by some, mainly because Justin Bieber is still  17, Edwards says the nudity has a purpose. In a separate sculpture, he  made Bieber's privates "artistically symbolized." 
Daniel wanted to "open a dialogue about the exploitation of teen sex symbols as they grow from child stars to adults."
